When you add the QueryBot Application to your Slack team, QueryBot will collect the following information about you to provide its features:
The QueryBot Application uses display names, avatar images, and Slack user ids to create opt-in questions, polls, and surveys and their responses in the same Slack Workspace in which it is installed.
The QueryBot Application restricts use of Personal Information to the same Slack Workspace from which the information was collected, and does not share the information with other Slack Workspaces nor with third parties.
When you use the QueryBot Dashboard to create a subscription or update your payment information, the QueryBot Dashboard will collect the following information to provide its features:
The Slack user id, team id, and team avatar for the user signing into the Dashboard.
The email address provided by the user during the process of creating the subscription or updating the payment information.
The QueryBot Dashboard uses the Slack user id, team id, and team avatar to securely authenticate users. The QueryBot Dashboard uses the provided email address and Slack user id and team id to identify subscriptions and subscription data collected in the QueryBot Dashboard, which is securely stored by QueryBot Dashboard and by the Stripe, Inc. subscription management platform. Any authenticated team user will be able to log into the QueryBot Dashboard to view the current subscription plan and the name of the team user who created it.
The QueryBot Dashboard stores the user’s Slack user id, team id, and team avatar in an encrypted session Cookie. The Cookie may be removed manually by the user in their browser, by closing the browser window, or by selecting the “Logout” feature in the QueryBot Dashboard.
The QueryBot Application and QueryBot Dashboard may log essential information including Slack user id and team id in the case of operation warnings and errors. These logs are stored securely in the QueryBot Amazon Web Services account and are only used for the purpose of monitoring and ensuring proper function of the Services. The log files will not be shared with third parties.
